Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of 3D CT reconstruction combined with indocyanine green near-infrared imaging(ICGF)in thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.Methods A total of 19 patients who underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy in Henan provincial chest hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study object,Preoperative 3 D-CT reconstruction was used to evaluate the target segment of pulmonary arteriovenous and target trachea,After the target vessels and bronchi were severed,indocyanine green was injected intravenously and ICGF was used to identify the intersegmental line,so as to perform anatomic pulmonary segmental resection.Results In all the 19 patients with thoracoscopic anatomic pulmonary segmentectomy,the target vessels,target bronchi and intersegmental boundaries were successfully identified and underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.Conclusion 3D-CT reconstruction technology can be fully evaluated before surgery,and ICGF can clearly display intersegonal lines.The combination of the two techniques can achieve accurate pulmonary segmentectomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
