| 摘 要： | 注射用益气复脉（冻干）（YQFM）在心血管系统的药理研究主要包括抗心衰、改善心肌缺血、改善心肌肥厚以及缺血缺氧造成的心肌损伤。近年来，大量研究表明YQFM通过增强心肌收缩力、延缓心室重构对缺血缺氧造成的心肌损伤有很好的保护作用；其药理机制主要有抗炎、抗氧化、改善能量代谢及保护心功能，并且通过调节细胞自噬、抑制心肌细胞凋亡等对受损心肌进行保护。

| Abstract: | The modern pharmacological research of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection (YQFM) is mainly on the effects of cardiovascular system, including heart failure, myocardial ischemia and hypoxia injury. In recent years, a large number of studies have been carried out on the efficacy and mechanism of YQFM, and the results showed that YQFM can enhance the myocardial contractility of heart failure, delay ventricular remodeling and have a perfect protective effect on myocardial injury caused by ischemia and hypoxia. In addition, the involved mechanisms include anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, improvement of energy metabolism and cardiac function, inhibition of myocardial apoptosis by regulating autophagy. |
