广东省中山市淋球菌抗生素耐药性质粒的研究

摘    要:目的:了解中山市淋球菌质粒谱型及其耐药性的关系。方法:采用碱裂解一琼脂糖凝胶电泳法对95株淋球菌进行质粒测定,结合耐药谱、PPNG、TRNG进行耐药性相关分析。结果:95株淋球菌质粒检出率为89.5%,共检出4.2kb、7.4kb、39.5kb和42.5kb四种不同分子量质粒,它们携带率分别为83.2%、64.2%、37.9%和5.3%。共有11种质粒谱型,其中以4.2kb 7.4kb(占30.5%)和4.2kb 7.4kb 39.5kb(占26.3%)两种谱型为主。携带7.4kb质粒61株菌中,PPNG阳性21株。同一质粒谱,其耐药谱可呈多样性。结论:不同时期不同地区淋球菌的质粒谱型有各自的特点,了解其变化有助于区别流行株和对耐药菌株进行跟踪,从分子水平为菌株的流行病学研究提供信息。

Plasmid with Resistance to Neisseria Gonorrhoeae-Sensitive Antibiotics:an Analysis in Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the plasmid spectrum of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and its drug resistance. Methods: 95 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae plasmid were detected with alkali cracking-gelose gel electrophoresis. Its correlation with drug resistance was analyzed according to above method with drug resistance spectrum and PPNG(penicillinase-producing neisseria gonorhhoeae). Results: The plasmid detecting rate of 95 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was 89.5%. Four types of the plasmid with 4.2 kb,7.4 kb. 39.5 kb. 42.5 kb molecular weight were found. And their detecting rates were 83.2%, 64.2%, 37.9% and 5.3% respectively. There were total 11 kinds of Neisseria gonorrhoeae plasmid, and the dominant types were 4.2 kb+7.4 kb type (30.5%) and 4.2 kb+7.4 kb+39.5 kb type (26.3%). Among the 61 strains with 7.4 kb plasmid, 21 of them were PPNG positive. Diversity of drug tolerance could be seen at the same plasmid. Conclusion: Neisseria gonorrhoeae plasmid spectrums showed different characteristics in different areas and at different time, with this understanding, it was helpful to distinguish what types of strains were spreading and to follow up strains with drug resistance, and to provide information for its epidemiological analysis at molecular level.
