| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨喉癌浸润转移与纤维结合蛋白（Fibronectin，FN）的关系。方法：采用琼脂糖单向扩散和免疫酶染色（ABC法）检测喉癌病人血清及喉疾组织中FN的含量及表达。结果：喉疾病人血清中FN含量明显低于对照组，P＜0．01，喉癌组织中FN表达于细胞基质中，少部分表达于细胞膜上。结论：喉癌病人血清及组织中FN含量和表达下降与喉癌转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the correlation between infiltration and metastasis and fibronectin (FN) inlaryngeal cancer. Methods: The content and expression of FN in serum and tumor tissue of laryngeal cancer patients were detected by agrarose simple diffusion and immunohistochemical staining (ABC method). Results:The FN content was significantly lower in patients' serum than that in control group (P<0. 01). In tumor tissue FN mostly distributed in cytoplasm and only a few of it were on the celll membrane. Conclusion:The decrease of FN content and expression in patients' serum and tumor tissue may correlate with the metastasis ofcancer. |
