中药冠心康对冠心病痰瘀证病人血脂及血液流变性的影响

观察中药冠心康对冠心病痰瘀证病人血脂及血液流变性的影响。方法：应用自拟益气温阳化痰方冠心康与地奥心血康胶囊对照，治疗冠心病痰瘀证５０例，观察临床症状并于治疗前后检测血脂（ＴＣｈ、ＴＧ）及血液流变学主要指标。结果：冠心康对冠心病痰瘀证缓解症状总有效率为８８．０％，优于地奥心血的８０．０％，冠心康有明显降低ＴＣｈ和ＴＧ作用（Ｐ　<０．０５，Ｐ<０．０１），并能降低冠心病痰瘀证患者的全血粘度和红细胞压积，升高血沉（Ｐ均<０．０５）。结论：冠心康对冠心病属痰瘀证型患者有良好的改善临床症状作用，并有降低血脂、改善血液流变性的作用，其作用机理可能是组成该方剂各中药能扩张冠脉血管、调节脂质代谢、阻抑脂质的肠道吸收，从而起到降脂，改善血液流变性的作用。

Effects of Hemorheological Property and Lipid on Traditional Chinese Medica Guanxinkang for Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease with Syndrom of Phlegm Stasis

To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicaGuanxinkang(GXK ) which is to the hemorheological property and livid of coronary atherosclerotic heart disaese(CAHD) with the syndrom of phlegm stasis.Method: 50 cases of CAHD with the syndrom of phlegm stasis were treated byGXK, and established the control group on the treatment with medicine Diaoxinxuekang(DAXXK ) that is for comparing the clinic effect of the treatment andindexes of hemorheological property and livid. Result: After treatment that thepercent of the improvement. the GXK(88% ) is better than DAXXK (80%. P<0. 05), at the same time. the some hemorheology and livid(Ich. TG ) indexes deceased. Conclusion: GXK on improve the symptom of coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases with the syndrom of phlegm stasis that is relation's factorfrom decreased some indexes of hemorheological property and lipid(Tch. TG ).
