| 摘 要： | 光学相干断层成像是一种利用光学原理的血管内成像新技术,具有高分辨率及良好的组织相关性,对于识别冠状动脉内不同斑块具有很重要的意义,现就其在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的诊断及治疗中的应用做一综述。

| Abstract: | Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a new technology.It is a noninvasive,intravascular imaging technique that uses near infrared light to produce images.Images are high resolution and have a good organizational relationship.OCT now plays an important role in the diagnosis of different plaques in coronary artery disease.This article describes the application of OCT in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. |
