实习后期护生焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响因素及应对方式

目的：了解实习后期护生的焦虑、抑郁状况，其产生的影响因素及应对方式，为有针对性开展对实习护生的实习管理和心理疏导提供理论依据。方法：用问卷调查法对266名实习后期护生进行调查，并对调查数据进行统计分析。结果：实习后期护生焦虑情绪检出率47．37％；抑郁情绪检出率43．99％；不同民族（汉族和少数民族）、是否恋爱、是否单亲家庭是导致实习后期护生焦虑、抑郁情绪产生的最主要因素；积极应对方式与焦虑、抑郁呈显著负相关，消极应对方式与焦虑呈正相关。结论：焦虑、抑郁情绪在实习后期护生中普遍存在，已经影响其正常的实习和生活，在实习护生中有针对性开展心理健康教育应作为学校对实习生进行管理工作中的一个重点。

The Anxiety And Depression Emotional Influencing Factors And Coping Style Of Nursing Students In Later Clinical Practice

0bjective:Understing the anxiety and depression emotional of nursing students in later clinical practice,influencing factors and coping style,for the development of nursing students during their clinical practice management and psychological counseling and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Used the questionnaire survey method to 266 nursing students were investigated,and Analysis of the data collected.Results:In later stage of practice nursing students anxious emotion relevance ratio was 47.37% and depression relevance ratio was 43.99%,the nationality,love,single parent family was the most important factor of result in the anxiety and depressed mood,the positive coping styles were significant negative correlation with anxiety and depression,the negative coping styles was positively correlated with anxiety.Conclusion:the Intern widespread anxiety and depressive mood affected their practice and life,the mental health education should be as education on key point in school.
