食管癌患者手术前后IL-6、IL-2R和TNF的变化及临床意义

目的:探讨食管癌患者术前、术后免疫状态的变化规律。方法:应用酶联免疫法检测了新疆 35例正常人、 5 0例食管癌患者术前、术后白细胞介素 - 2 (IL - 2 )、IL - 2受体 (IL - 2 R)、白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)水平的动态变化值。 结果:新疆食管癌患者 IL - 2 R、IL - 6、TNF-α水平明显高于正常人 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,食管癌患者呈免疫抑制状态 ;患者自身术前、术后 1周比较发现 TNF- 2水平明显下降 ,而 IL - 6水平明显上升 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论:食管癌患者呈免疫抑制状态 ,手术切除肿瘤对患者是一个应激 ;1周内患者的免疫水平较紊乱 ;如何科学选择免疫治疗方案有待进一步的研究

Change of IL-6, IL-2R and TNF in preoperative and postoperative patients with esophagus cancer and its clinical significance

Objective: To realize the change of immune function in preoperative and postoperative patients with esophagus cancer. Methods: The serum level of IL 2R,IL 6 andTNF expressions were measured with ELISA in preoperative and postoperative blood from 50 cases of patients with esophagus cancer in Xinjiang. Ressults: In preoperation the serum level of IL 2R, IL 6 and TNF were higher than that in control group. In the seventh day after surgery the serum levels of TNF decreased significantly while the serum levels of IL 2R and IL 6 increased significantly. Conclusion: The immunlogic suppression is related to patients with esophagus cancer. The operation is an incentive for patients. The immune function in postoperative patients is in disorder within one week after surgery. Advanced research will be done to choose the immuno t herapy methods scientifically.
