摘    要:目的研究灯盏花素滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。方法以融合情况、稠度、滴制情况,选择了灯盏花素与基质的配比;以制备的灯盏花素滴丸的外观、溶散时限、丸重差异为指标,对不同的基质配比、药液温度、冷凝剂温度、滴距,优选出最佳滴制条件。结果基质中以聚乙二醇6000与聚乙二醇4000比例为2∶3,药液温度为90℃,冷凝剂温度为10~12℃,滴距6cm为最佳。结论本实验筛选出的灯盏花素滴丸的滴制工艺是可行的,符合滴丸剂的质量规定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation method of Breviscapin Drop Pills.METHODS Using mixture,consistance,the dropping process for deciding the preparation of drug and matrix;With the screening of pills,resolving time and coefficient of drop pill heavy variation as the evaluation quota to adjust the proporation of matrix,temperature of drug,temperature of refrigerant,dropping process,to optimize the best dropping condition.RESULTS The optimized project was as follows:the matrix contained PEG6000-PEG4000(2∶3) and the temperature of drug was 90℃,the temperature of refrigerant was 10~20℃ and the dropping space was 6cm.CONCLUSION Experimental dropping condition of drop pills was available,and had good quality.
