| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价金属支架治疗食管良、恶性狭窄的价值。方法 :采用镍钛合金支架治疗食管狭窄 5 0例。置放支架方法为先经胃镜行食管扩张 ,再于X线下置管的二部法。结果 :狭窄部直径由 3 - 5mm扩张至 12 - 16mm。结论 :金属支架治疗食管良、恶性狭窄较有效的姑息治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical function of expandable metallic stent in the treatment of patients with benign or malignant esophageal stricture.Methods:Fifty patients underwent implanlation self-expanding NiTi for esophageal stricture.First, esophageal dilatation was obtained by using a flexible gastroscope and bougies implantation of the stent. Then, the stent was implanted under fluorosopic control.Results:After implantation of stent ,the diameter of the stricture increased from3_5mm to112_16mm.Conclusion:Expandable metallic stent appears to be an excellent palliative method for malignant stricture. |
