农村育龄妇女饮食情况及营养知识水平调查分析

摘    要:对湖北省麻城市鼓楼乡 76 3名育龄妇女的饮食情况及营养知识水平进行了调查。结果表明 :平均每人每日肉禽鱼类食物的摄入量为 32 .5 g,蛋类为 2 4.5 g,大豆及其制品为 30 .7g,蔬菜水果类为 6 33.0 g,粮谷类为 5 30 .5 g。肉、禽、鱼类、蛋类、大豆及其制品的摄入量随文化程度和经济收入的增高而增高 ,粮谷类摄入量随文化程度和经济收入的增高而降低 ,差异有显著性。调查对象的营养知识比较缺乏 ,但随文化程度的增高其对营养知识的知晓率亦增加 ,膳食结构也趋于合理。因此 ,应将发展经济与营养健康教育相结合 ,从而使农村妇女的饮食营养状况得到改善。

Abstract:Survey of dietary status and nutrition knowledge was conducted among 763 reproductive age women in rural Hubei province. The results indicated that the average intake of meat, poultry and fish was 32.5 g everyday eggs were 24.5 g legumes and legume products were 30.7 g, vegetables and fruits was 633.0 g cereals was 530 5 g.The intake of meat,poultry, fish, eggs, legumes and legume products was increased while the intake of cereal was decreased with level of education and economy .The women lack nutrition knowledge, but the level of nutrition knowledge was increased with level of education. Therefore, it is necessary patter .
