摘    要:目的 了解泌尿生殖道感染的病原体分布及其对抗菌药物的敏感性,以指导临床合理用药。方法对某院2001年1月~2003年6月门诊收集的2120份泌尿生殖道感染病例的临床标本做微生物病原学检测和药物敏感试验。结果2120份临床标本中有562份(26.51%)检出病原体,其中278份(49.47%)检出支原体,54份(9.61%)标本分离出2种以上病原菌。支原体对罗红霉素、克拉霉素、强力霉素的敏感率均在90%以上;淋球菌对壮观霉素敏感率为100%。结论泌尿生殖道感染病原体以支原体为主,应重视病原学检查及药敏结果,合理选择抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathogens causing venereal diseases of urogenital system and antimicrobial resistance, and to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic. Methods Pathogenic microbial and antimicrobial susceptibility were detected for 2 120 urogenital samples from outpatients in a hospital from January 2001 to June 2003. Results Pathogens were detected from 562 samples, the positive rate was 26.51% ; mycoplasma was detected from 278 ( 49.47% ) samples. 54 samples ( 9.61% ) were isolated 2 or 3 kinds of pathogens. The antimicrobial susceptibility rates of mycoplasma to roxithromycin, clarithromycin and doxycycline were at least 90%; the antimicrobial susceptibility rate of gonococci to spectinomycin was up to 100%. Conclusion Mycoplasma is the main pathogen causing urogenital infection,it should be paid attention to the pathogenic detection and rational use of antimicrobial agents.
