白介素12对老年人肺结核发病的影响

目的 探讨细胞因子与老年性肺结核之间的关系。方法 自2001年3月～2003年3月间收治新登记涂阳老年肺结核病人54例，青壮年肺结核51例病人，健康老人41例及健康青壮年75例的血浆IL-12．进行检测与分析。结果 所有肺结核病人血浆内IL-12水平均较正常组低，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。老年肺结核组IL-12的水平明显低于正常老年组（P〈0．05）。老年性肺结核和青壮年肺结核组IL-12的水平均降低。而老年性组比青壮年组降低更为明显，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。正常青壮年组IL-12水平均高于所有老年组及青壮年结核病人组及正常老年组。结论 监测老年肺结核病人体内IL-12水平对结核病的发生、发展和预后都有一定意义。

The Relationship between Interleukin-12 (IL-12) and Pulmonary Tuberculosis in the Elderly People

Objective To study the relationship between interleukin-12 level and pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly people. Methods IL-12 levels in the plasma samples obtained from 54 aged patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, 51 younger patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and 116 healthy individuals were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA method. Results It was found that the IL-12 levels in two TB groups were lower than those in the healthy controls. There were significant differences between the pulmonary tuberculosis patients and healthy individuals, and between aged and younger group as well (P < 0.01, and P < 0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that IL-12 is important in the development of tuberculosis, especially for the elderly persons.
