雷公藤内酯醇贴剂抗炎、镇痛作用研究

摘    要:目的 研究雷公藤内酯醇贴剂的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法 通过小鼠耳廓肿胀、毛细血管通透性、肉芽肿以及大鼠角叉菜胶致炎实验,观察贴剂的抗炎效果;通过热板法、扭体法和电刺激法,观察贴剂的镇痛效果。结果 贴剂在雷公藤内酯醇含量为3.72,7.44,14.88 mg·m-2内能有效抑制由二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳廓肿胀、腹部皮肤毛细血管通透性增高现象,抑制纸片引起小鼠肉芽组织增生以及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀;并对醋酸所致小鼠腹痛扭体有抑制作用,提高鼠尾电刺激痛阈值。结论 雷公藤内酯醇贴剂对急、慢性炎症有良好抑制作用,对化学性刺激有一定镇痛效果。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of triptolide patches. METHODS The mice ears swelling test, abdominal capillary permeability test, filter-paper-induced granuloma and carrageenin-induced pedal edema in the rats were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect. While the hot plate test, writhing test and electrical stimulation test were adopted to study the analgesic effect of triptolide patches. RESULTS In the four anti-inflammatory animal models, the effects of triptolide patches (3.72, 7.44 and 14.88 mg·m-2) were observed. It also decreased twisting number induced by acetic acid, and improved threshold of pain to electric stimulation. CONCLUSION Triptolide patches can inhibit the inflammation and pain reaction.
