EB病毒ZEBRA/IgG抗体检测在鼻咽癌血清学诊断中的应用

目的研究ZEBRA/IgG抗体检测在鼻咽癌血清学检测中的应用。方法应用ELISA法检测鼻咽癌新发病例、鼻咽癌治疗后复诊病例、EB病毒VCA/IgA抗体阳性及阴性正常人群中的ZEBRA/IgG抗体。结果鼻咽癌新发病例ZE-BRA/IgG的阳性率为92.7%,显著高于其他各组,均有极显著性差异(P均<0.01)。治疗后复诊病例,ZEBRA/IgG的阳性率为56.9%,抗体水平较治疗前明显下降。结论ZEBRA/IgG可作为诊断鼻咽癌及预后判断的较好指标。

Detection of EB virus ZEBRA/IgG antibody in nasopharyngeal carcinoma serum diagnosis

Objective:To study the detection of EB virus ZEBRA/IgG antibody in nasopharyngeal carcinoma serum diagnosis. Methods:ZEBRA/IgG were detected in ELISA method to the different state samples,including: nasopharyngeal carcinoma new cases, follow up patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after therapy, control of EB virus VCA/IgA antibody positive and negative cases. Results:The positive rate of ZEBRA/IgG in the group of NPC were 92.7%, which was higher than that of the other groups. There was significant difference between them (P<0.01). In the follow up group after therapy were 56.9%. The ZEBRA/IgG antibodies levels were obviously decreased than that of the group of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion: The study suggestes that ZEBRA/IgG might be as a useful marker to NPC diagnosis and indicator for prognosis.
