| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组织多普勒(TDI)Tei指数评价冠心病患者左室功能的价值。方法经胸超声检测冠心病患者和正常人各31例,测量左室射血分数(EF)、左室缩短分数(FS),二尖瓣口舒张早期血流(E峰)和舒张晚期血流(A峰)比值,测量a时间、b时间,计算传统Tei指数(C-Tei);应用TDI获取二尖瓣环侧壁处的运动频谱,测量运动速度及时间间期a’、b’,计算TDI-Tei指数,并与C-Tei指数比较。结果冠心病患者左室TDI-Tei指数较正常值明显增大(P<0.01),C-Tei指数也较正常值明显增大(P<0.01),但小于TDI-Tei指数(P<0.05)。结论TDI-Tei指数用于评价冠心病患者左室功能较传统的C-Tei更为敏感和准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of tissue Doppler imaging Tei index in evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with CHD Methods Thirty one patients with CHD and thirty one healthy adults as the control subjects were enrolled in the study.The Tei index was obtained respectively by pulse Doppler and tissue Doppler echocardiography.Results There was significance difference in the Tei index between the CHD group and the normal contro1 group.The Tei index by tissue Doppler and pulse Doppler was significantly related.Conclusion The Tei Index obtained by tissue Doppler echocardiography is more sensitive and accurate than that by pulse Doppler echocardiography. |
