| Abstract: | Six alkaloids were isolated from the mature seeds of Sophora viciifolia for the first time. On the basis of physico-chemical and spectroscopic analysis , their structures have been identified as oxymatrine, oxysophocarpine, matrine,sophocarpine , sophoramine and sophoridine. |
