| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对恶性肿瘤放疗患者情绪及免疫功能的影响。方法:将77例肿瘤放疗患者随机分为干预组38例与对照组39例,对照组给予放疗及常规对症治疗和护理,干预组则在放疗及常规对症治疗护理的基础上给予心理干预。分别于放疗前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行情绪测试,随机选择两组肿瘤放疗患者各15例分别于放疗前后检测T细胞亚群CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞,并分析心理干预对肿瘤放疗患者情绪、应对方式及免疫功能的影响。结果:恶性肿瘤干预组患者放疗后SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分、各因子分均明显低于放疗前和对照组(P<0.05~0.001);对照组患者放疗后SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分、抑郁及焦虑因子分均显著高于放疗前(P<0.05~0.001)。放疗后干预组的CD4+、NK细胞均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);干预组放疗后NK细胞明显高于放疗前(P<0.01)。结论:心理干预不仅可以改善肿瘤放疗患者的情绪状况,而且能提高机体免疫功能。
