| 摘 要： | 我们采用乳果糖做为主要非渗透因子，加入磷酸盐缓冲液、组氨酸、谷胱甘肽等配制成一种新的等渗保存液－ＸＺＦ液，将大鼠供胰腺以ＸＺＦ液作低温灌洗保存１２、１８小时后行移植术。受体为糖尿病大鼠模型。胰腺保存１２小时组，受体的移植物有功能存活一周以上述８３％。保存１８小时组为５０％。

| Abstract: | A new cold solution-XZF solution, containing lactulose (as the main impermeable anions), phosphate (as the buffered solution), histidine and glutathione, was used. The experimental rat pancreas after preserved with cold XZF solution for 12 h was transplanted into the recipients with diabetes mellitus. The results showed that the functional survival rate over one week of the grafts through 12 h preservation was 83% (5/6) and 50% (4/8) through l8 h preservation,respectively. |
