人文关怀在儿科护理中的应用

目的探讨人文关怀在儿科护理中的临床作用。方法对护士进行人文关怀的教育和培训，创建温馨的人文环境，为患者提供方便，根据不同年龄采取相应交流技巧，提高技术操作技能，提供营养需求和健康教育干预，开展爱心天使评比活动，做好出院指导。结果患儿及家长满意度明显提高，儿科护理行为更趋于专业化。结论开展人文关怀服务，提供符合患儿生活特点和心理需求的护理服务，提高了患儿及家属满意度，减少了护理纠纷。

The application of humanity solicitude in pediatric nursing

Obiective To study the clinical function of humanities concern in pediatric nursing. Methods The nurses received the education and training of humanities concern, the warm humanities environment and convenience for patients was offered, adopted the corresponding exchange skill according to the disparity in age, enhanced the technical operation skill to provide the nutrition demand and the health education intervention and the compassion angel match and discharge instruction were carried out.Results The degree of satisfaction of baby and the guardian increasd obviously and t he pediatric nursing behavior tended to the career development. Conclusion Developing humanities concern service, providing nurse services conforms to the young child, can enhance the degree of satisfaction of baby and the family member and reduce the nursing dispute.
