摘    要:<正> 苯并(a)芘(B(a)P),是煤焦油、煤烟及其它燃料不完全燃烧的产物,不仅污染了人类的生产、生活环境,给人类健康带来严重危害,而且具有致癌作用。关于B(a)P ip的免疫毒性,国内外未见报道。本文观察了B(a)P对小鼠体液免疫、细胞免疫及巨噬细胞功能的影响。 材料与方法 LACA佰♀健康小鼠,8~10周龄,体重22~25g,由北京医科大学实验动物部提供。实验分200,100,50 mg/kg三组,同时设溶剂对照组,染毒途径为一次ip。B(a)P,Sigma和Fluka公司生产。溶于玉米油或橄榄油,在磁力搅拌器上避光搅拌4~6h,使

Acute immunotoxicity induced by benzo(a)pyrene in mice

Abstract:Mice were treated with benzo(a) pyrene (B(a)P) at a single dose of 200, 100 and 50 mg / kg intraperitoneally (ip), respectively. The control mice were given vehicle (olive oil) only. On d 5 following treatment immunotoxic parameters were tested. The weights of thymus and spleen were reduced markedly after administration (three dosages) of B(a)P. It was shown that the splenocytes antibody-forming response (PFC / spleen) of the mice immunized with TNP-Ficoll and TNP-KLH intravenously was inhibited about 57-94% and 57-79%, respectively (p<0.05). The lymphocyte proliferation measured by the MTT colorimetric assaywas decreased significantly in the mice exposed to 400 and 200 mg / kg of B(a)P. There were no differences of charcoal clearance and the percentage of T cells number between control and experimental groups. The results indicated that B(a)P or its metabolites altered both the humoral immunity and the cellular immunity. B cells were more susceptible to B(a)P immunosuppression than T cells.
