| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性胆源性胰腺炎腹腔镜胆素切除术的治疗可行性。方法:回顾分析急性胆源性胰腺炎40例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料及治疗结果。结果:全组病例均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术并获治愈,无严重并发症及死亡。结论:为胆源性胰腺炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute billiary pancrea titis (ABP). Method:The clinical data and therapeutic outcome of 40 cases with acute billiary pancreatitis (ABP) in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) were reviewed. Results: All of the cases were cured by LC.no serious postoprative complications and death occurred. Conclution: It is safty for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treating acute billiary pancreatitis. |
