成人血尿酸水平与糖尿病及糖尿病前期的相关分析

目的探讨成人血尿酸水平与糖尿病及糖尿病前期的相关分析。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月在菏泽市中医医院进行体检的60例新发糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组,随机收集同期体检的60例新发糖调节受损者作为糖尿病前期组,另择取该院同期60例健康体检者作为对照组。检测3组血尿酸、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,计算出胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。经Logistic回归分析,血尿酸水平与FPG、2hPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、ISI的相关性。结果糖尿病组尿酸水平高于糖尿病前期组和对照组,且糖尿病前期组尿酸水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。以血尿酸为自变量,FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR及ISI作为因变量进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示血尿酸水平与FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR及ISI相关(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与糖尿病、糖尿病前期具有一定的相关性,血尿酸可作为糖尿病和糖尿病前期患者患病风险评估的指标之一。

Relationship between serum uric acid level and diabetes and prediabetes in adults

【Objective】To investigate the correlation between blood uric acid levels in adults and diabetes and prediabetes.【Methods】In this study,60 cases of newly diagnosed diabetes patients undergoing physical examination from October 2018 to October 2019 in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly collected as the diabetes group,and 60 cases of newly diagnosed impaired glucose regulation during the same period of physical examination were randomly collected as prediabetic group,another 60 healthy subjects were randomly collected as the control group.The blood uric acid,FPG,2hPG,and FINS levels of the three groups of patients were measured,and HOMA-IR and ISI were calculated.The correlation between blood uric acid levels and FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,and ISI was analyzed by Logistic regression.【Results】The uric acid level of the diabetic group was higher than that of the pre-diabetic group(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.01),and the uric acid level of the pre-diabetic group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the blood uric acid level was correlated with FPG,2hPG,HOMA-IR,ISI(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Serum uric acid has a certain correlation with diabetes and pre-diabetes.Serum uric acid can be used as one of the indicators for risk assessment of diabetes and pre-diabetes patients.
