复杂型热性惊厥患儿血清BDNF、NSE和HSP70水平变化及意义

目的探讨复杂型热性惊厥(FC)患儿血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和热休克蛋白70 (HSP70)水平变化及意义。方法选取河南省焦作市妇幼保健院FC患儿117例,其中单纯型热性惊厥患儿(SFC组) 57例和复杂型热性惊厥(CFC组) 60例,同期选取健康儿童45例作为对照组,FC患儿于入院24 h内及对照组于体检时,利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清中BDNF、NSE和HSP70水平。结果 CFC组患儿血清BDNF、NSE和HSP70水平均高于SFC组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而SFC组患儿血清BDNF、NSE和HSP70水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CFC组患儿血清BDNF水平与HSP70水平、抽搐次数和抽搐持续时间均呈正相关(r=0.410、0.414和0.619, P<0.05),NSE水平与HSP70水平、抽搐次数和抽搐持续时间均呈正相关(r=0.558、0.602和0.454, P<0.05),HSP70水平与抽搐次数和抽搐持续时间均呈正相关(r=0.873和0.492, P<0.05)。结论复杂型热性惊厥患儿血清BDNF、NSE和HSP70水平升高,且与抽搐次数及抽搐持续时间有关。

Changes and significances of serum levels of BDNF,NSE and HSP70 in children with complex febrile convulsions

【Objective】To investigate the changes of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in children with complex febrile convulsions(FC).【Methods】A total of 117 cases of FC children were selected.Among them,57 cases were simple febrile convulsion(SFC group)and 60 cases were complex febrile convulsions(CFC group),in the same period,45 cases of healthy children were selected as the control group.The serum levels of BDNF,NSE and HSP70 were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA method)in FC children within 24 hours after admission and the control group during physical examination.【Results】The serum levels of BDNF,NSE and HSP70 in CFC group were higher than those in the SFC group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the serum levels of BDNF,NSE and HSP70 in SFC group were not significantly different with those in the control group(P>0.05).In CFC group,the serum levels of BDNF were positively correlated with HSP70 levels,the number of seizures and convulsions duration(r=0.410,0.414 and 0.619,P<0.05),the levels of NSE were positively correlated with HSP70 levels,the number of seizures and convulsions duration(r=0.558,0.602 and 0.454,P<0.05),the levels of HSP70 were positively correlated with the number of seizures and convulsions duration(r=0.873 and 0.492,P<0.05).【Conclusion】The serum levels of BDNF,NSE and HSP70 in children with complex febrile convulsions were increased,and were related to the number of twitches and the duration of twitches.
