中西结合治疗小儿腹泻效果分析

目的：探讨中西结合治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法：选取我院收治的206例小儿腹泻患者，分为对照组和观察组，各103例。对照组采用西医治疗，包括补液盐、防止脱水等，观察组在对照组的基础上给予口服中药联合敷脐法，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为96．12％，对照组总有效率为82．52％，比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；腹泻和脱水纠正时间观察组快于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西结合治疗小儿腹泻效果确切，疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Effective analysis of treating diarrhea in children in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the effect of treating diarrhea in children in the intergrative medicine. Methods： 206 cases of patients with diarrhea in children treating in my hospital, divided into control group and observation group, every group for 103 cases. Control group treating in Western medicine, including rehydration salts and preventation dehydration and so on. Observation group were given oral medicine based on the law of the united umbilicus method, comparing the effect of the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of observation group was 96.12%, the control group for 82.52%. Compared the two group, there were significant difference （P〈0.05）; Diarrhea and dehydration correct time of observation group faster than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating diarrhea in children was exact, significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
