阿德福韦治疗肝功能衰竭11例治疗体会

目的：分析阿德福韦在治疗肝功能衰竭中的体会。方法：对2008年2月～2010年1月收治的11例应用拉米夫定耐药而出现肝功能衰竭的慢性乙型肝炎患者，经改为或联用阿德福韦治疗。结果：11例患者经治疗后病情均好转。病毒指标、生化指标、肝功能等均有改善。其中有4例出现恶心、胀气等消化道症状，经对症处理后有所缓解。结论：阿德福韦作为新一代的抗HBV药物，服用后乙型肝炎病毒发生变异少，在拉米夫定治疗出现病毒变异后应用阿德福韦仍有效。

Experience for treating 11 cases of liver failure with adefovir therapy

Objective： To analysis the experience on treating liver failure with adefovir therapy. Methods： 11 cases were applied lamivudine resistance and appear liver failure of chronic hepatitis B during February 2008-2010 January treated with adefovir therapy. Results： The condition of 11 patients after treatment were improved. Virus index, biochemical index, liver function were improved. There were 4 cases of nausea, bilge gas, etc, the enteron symptom after received alimta eased, 4 cases in which nausea, flatulence and other gastrointestinal symptoms eased after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions： Adefovir as a new generation of drug re istance HBV, after take hepatitis B virus could mutate into a small, lamivudine therapy appear virus after application adefovir is still effective.
