| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法：临床上运用颈部推拿、短杠杆微调复位、拔伸牵引等推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症320例。结果：经治疗20天，临床治愈150例，占46％；有效140例，占43％；无效30例，占9％；总有效率为91％。结论：此方法操作简便，疗效满意，可作为门诊常规手法开展。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effective on treating cervical disc herniation by massage. Methods： Use neck mass -age, short fine-tune the reset lever, pulling and traction massages for 320 cases of cervical disc hemiations in clinical. Results： 20 days after treatment, clinical cure 150 cases, 46%; Effective 140 cases, 43%; Ineffective 30 cases, 9%; The totally effective rate was 91%. Conclusion： This method is simple and the results were satisfactory, so conventional methods can be carried out as an outpatient. |
