中西医结合治疗中风后遗症50例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将所选93例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组43例，对照组给予临床常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服自拟涤痰祛瘀汤。结果：治疗组临床治愈12例，显效26例，有效9例，总有效率94％；对照组临床治愈6例一；显效19例，有效12例，总有效率86．05％。两组临床疗效有显著性差异。结论中西医结合治疗中风后遗症临床疗效明显好于单纯西药治疗，值得临床做深入研究。

Effective observation on treating 50 cases of sequelae of stroke in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating sequelae of stroke in the integrative medicine. Methods： Select 93 cases of patients to divide into treatment group and control group, each group for 50 cases, the control group was treated by common Western medicine, on the bases, the treatment group was add Ditan Quyu decoction to treat. Result： The treatment group cured for 12 cases, makely cured for 26 cases, was effective for 9 cases, the total effective rate was 94%; The control group cured for 6 cases, makely cured for 19 cases, was effective for 12 cases, the total effective rate was 86.05%, the clinical effect had significant difference. Conclusion： The effect of treating in the integretive medicine was better than simple Western medicine, was worth of study.
