| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效及护理措施。方法：选择我院收治的肝硬化上消化道出血患者60例，先给予奥曲肽0．1mg静脉滴注，然后以25ug／h静脉滴注维持48～72h，另外给予奥美拉唑40rag静脉滴注2；k／d及养阴宁血汤口服治疗。结果：60例患者中有56例获得临床治愈，治愈率为9313％。结论：奥曲肽的应用及合理有效的护理措施，对治疗肝硬化上消化道出血有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effects and nursing measures on treating liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal bleeding by Octreotide plue TCM. Methods： 60 patients with cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital given octreotide 0. lmg intravenou -sly first, and maintained 48 - 72h in 25ug/h infusion, given other intravenous omeprazole 40mg 2 times/d and take Yangyin Ning xue Tang Results： 56 patients were clinically cured in 60 patients, the cure rate was 93.3%. Conclusion： The application of octreotide and reasonable effective nursing measures for the treatment of liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a good effect. |
