| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消痤洗剂对痤疮的疗效以及安全性的测试。方法：①应用大耳白兔及昆明白鼠测试消痤洗剂的安全性。②应用消痤洗剂治疗痤疮病36例观察其疗效，以维胺酸乳膏作为对照药物观察其疗效。结果：消痤洗剂可治疗痤疮病减少复发。总有效率94％与维胺酯乳膏比较差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：消痤洗剂治疗痤疮疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the Xiaocuo lotion to eliminate acne efficacy and safety testing. Methods： ①Application bigeared white rabbit and Kunming mice test away Xiaocuo lotion safety. ②He application Xiaocuo lotion treating ache eliminate illness 36 cases, in order to observe its efficacy dimension amino acid cream as comparison drug observe its efficacy. Results： The elimination Xiaocuo lotion can treat acne disease reduce the recurrence. The total effective rate for 94% and dimension amine ester cream compared significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The elimination Xiaocuo lotion treating acne has a good effect. |
