舒根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病135例临床观察

目的：观察舒根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法：选择神经根型颈椎病病人135例，1：2服舒根汤，服用7天为1个疗程，两个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治疗两个疗程后，135例病例中达到临床控制87例（64．44％），显效38例（28．15％），有效15例（11．11％），无效5例（3．71％），总有效率96．39％。结论：舒根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，具有极大的发展前景。

Clinical observation on treating 135 Cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis with Shugen decoction

Objective： To observe the effect of treating nerve root type cervical sponuylosis Choosing 135 patients who suffered from cervical spondylitis radiculopathy to take Shugen decoction. Ten days for a course, then assessed the efficacy after two courses. Results： After two courses of treatment, 87 cases reached to clinical control in 135 cases （64.44%）, 38 cases were significantly effective （28.15%）, 15 cases were effective （11.11%）, 5 cases were ineffective （3.71%）, the total effective rate amount to 96.39%. Conclusion： Shugen decoction which was used to treat cervical spondylitis radiculopathy had significant effects. It had great prosects for development.
