葛蝉芍药汤治疗26例偏头痛的疗效观察

目的：探讨葛蝉芍药汤治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：将51例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组26例，对照组25例，对照组采用西药氟桂利嗪10mg，每日2次口服，治疗组采用自拟葛蝉芍药汤，每日一剂水煎早晚分服，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组显效2l例，有效4例，无效1例，总有效率97．5％；对照组显效9例，有效13例，无效4例，总有效率85％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：葛蝉芍药汤治疗偏头痛效果优于氟桂利嗪。

Effective observation on treating26cases of migraine headache with Gechan Shaoyao decoction

Objective： To observe the effect of migraine by Gechan Shaoyao decoction. Methods： 51 migraine patients were randomly div ideal into treatment group and control group, comparison with the efficacy of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate oftreatm ent group is 97.5%; The total efficiency of control group is 85%. Two groups was significant significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treatment group soup is better than control group.
