| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：给予对照组常规西医治疗并对症治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药自拟疏肝行水化瘀汤。结果：治疗组显效26例，有效15例，总有效率为93．18％，对照组显效9例，有效20例，总有效率为65．91％，两组疗效有显著性差异。结论：中西医结合可有效治疗肝硬化腹水，且疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating cirrhotic ascites in the integretive medicine. Methods： The control group was treated by common Western medicine, on the bases, the treatment group was added Shugan Xingshui Huayu decoction. Result： The treatment group markly cured for 26 cases, effective for 15 cases, the total effective rate for 93.18%, the control group markly cured for 9 cases, effective for 20 cases, the total effective rate for 65.91%, the effect of the two group had significant difference. Conclusion： It was effective that treating cirrhotic ascites in the integretive medicine, and was significant. |
