125例免疫性不孕及反复自然流产患者血清抗体检测分析

目的：了解血清抗体与免疫性不孕及反复自然流产的关系。方法：检测免疫性不孕及反复自然流产患者血清中四项血清抗体因子的含量。结果：观察组的AsAb、EMAb、ACAb、AoAb阳性率分别为38．4％、36．0％、40．0％、32．0％，对照组为都是4．8％，观察组普遍高于对照组。结论：免疫性不孕及反复自然流产患者产生的AsAb、EMAb、ACAb、AoAb与不孕及流产具有重要关系，应加强检测与基础研究。

Detection and analysis of 125 cases of immune infertility and repeated serum antibodies in patients with spontaneous abortion

Objective： To understand the serum antibody and immune infertility and recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods： Immune infertility and recurrent spontaneous abortion patients in the four factors of serum antibody levels. Result： Observation group AsAb, EMAb, ACAb, AoAb positive rates were 38.4%, 36.0%, 40.0%, 32.0% in the control group were 4.8%, generally higher than the observation group. Conclusion： Immune infertility and recurrent spontaneous abortion patients have the AsAb, EMAb, ACAb, AoAb and important relationship with infertility and miscarriage, testing and basic research should be strengthened.
