复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床分析

目的：分析复方丹参滴丸对治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法：44例患有冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组，对照组和治疗组各22例。治疗组服用复方丹参滴丸每次10粒，每日3次。对照组服用消心痛每次10mg，每日3次。疗程均为8周。结果：治疗组总有效率为95．4％，对照组总有效率为86．4％。治疗组服用后无不良反应，对照组服用后，有4例出现头痛、头胀等症状，3例4～7天后逐渐缓解，1例因头痛加剧伴恶心而停药。结论：通过复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病疗效显著，且无副作用。

Clinical analysis of treating coronary heart disease by CSDP

Objective： To analysis of the clinical effect of treating on coronary heart disease with CSDR Methods： 44 patients who with coronary heart disease and angina were randomly devided into two groups, control group and treatment group each for 22 cases. The treatment group was treated with CSDP taking 10 pills each time, 3 times a day. The control group was treated withIsosorbide dinitrate per 10mg, 3 times a day. Course of treatment was 8 weeks. Result： The total effective rate of control group was 95.4%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.4%. Treatment group, no adverse reactions after taking the control group after taking the drug, 4 patients had headache, stretching and other symptoms. 3 ~4 cases 7 days gradually ease, 1 patient with headache, nausea and stop treatment. Conclus -iton： Treatment of coronary heart disease through CSDP effect is significant, and no side effects.
