辨证分型治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床观察

目的：观察辨证分型治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将临床已确诊为过敏性结膜炎的患者124例患者随机分成2组。对照组59例，给予依美斯汀滴眼液、栀黄滴眼液点眼；治疗组65例，在对照组用药基础上辨证分型加服中药汤剂，并对疗效依据眼症状及体征6项指标进行量化评分分析。结果：总有效率治疗组为98．5％，对照组76．3％，其中显效率治疗组为64．6％，对照组45．7％。中医辨证分型治疗过敏性结膜炎效果显著。

Clinical observation on treating allergic conjunctivitis by classification in differentiation

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating in differentiation of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods： 124 patients that with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly devided into 2 groups. 59 cases in the control group were given Emedastine eye drops, Zhi Huang eye drops; 65 cases in the treatment group based on the control group, and treating in differentiation plus with TCM decoction. And eye symptoms and signs of efficacy based on six indicators to quantify the rate analysis. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.5%, the total effective rate of control group was 76.3%. The effective rate of treatment group was 64.6%, control group was 45.7%. Conclusion： Treating in differentiation of allergic conjunctivitis has significantly affected.
