益气逐瘀降浊汤治疗气虚兼痰瘀互结型胸痹的临床观察

目的：观察益气逐瘀降浊汤治疗气虚兼痰瘀互结型胸痹（冠心病心绞痛）的临床疗效。方法：将60例胸痹（冠心病心绞痛）患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各30例，分别予以益气逐瘀降浊汤和复方丹参片治疗6周，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组对胸痹治疗的总有效率分别是90％和66．67％，两者比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.结论：益气逐瘀降浊汤治疗胸痹心绞痛疗效肯定。

Clinical observation on treating Xiongbi of Qixu and Tanyu type with Yiqi Zhuyu Jiangzhuo decoction

Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating Xiongbi of Qixu and Tanyu type with Yiqi Zhuyu Jiangzhuo decoction. Methods： 60 cases of patients with Xiongbi （angina pectoris） were randomly divided into two groups, both treatment group and control group for 30 cases, respectively using Yiqi Zhuyu Jiangzhu decoction and compound Danshen tablets to treat Xiongbi for 6 weeks, compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, control group for 66.67%, compared the two groups, there were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating Xiongbi of Qixu and Tanyu type with Yiqi Zhuoyu Jiangzhu decoction received a definite.
