中西药综合治疗32例支气管哮喘效果评价

目的：探讨中西药综合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：我院于2008年4月～2010年4月采用中西药综合治疗32例支气管哮喘患者，并与单独采用中医或西医治疗的对照组进行，临床疗效进行比较。结果：经过积极的治疗，联合组中有效15例，显效12例，无效5例，总有效率达84138％；对照I组中有效6例，显效11例，无效15例，总有效率达53．13％；对照II组中有效5例，显效11例，无效16例，总有效率达50．00％；经过统计学分析发现联合组总有效率均明显高于对照I组和对照II组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西药综合治疗支气管哮喘具有良好的临床效果，值得临床推广使用。

Effective evaluation on treating 32 cases of bronchial asthma in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects on treating bronchial asthma in the integrative medicine. Methods： The hospital during April 2008-April 2010 treated 32 patients with bronchial asthma in the integrative medicine, and compared with control group using a single TCM or Western medicine treatment. Results： After active treatment, 15 cases of joint group were effective, 12 cases for markedly effective, and ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 84.38%; In control group I 6 cases were effective, markedly effective in 11 cases, 15 cases for ineffective, the total effective rate was 53.13%; In control group II 5 cases were effective, markedly effective in 11 cases, and ineffective in 16 cases, the total effective rate was 50.00%; after statistical analysis showing that the total effective rate in joint group was significantly higher than the control group I and the control group II （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of bronchial asthma in the integrative medicine had good clinical results, and is worthy using widly.
