中药联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病变临床观察

目的：观察中药联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病变（DN）的临床疗效。方法：选择2型糖尿病DN患者60例，均只使用胰岛素控制血糖，随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例，治疗组使用中药联合厄贝沙坦治疗，对照仅用厄贝沙坦，疗程均为1年，观察两组治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率（UAE）的变化。结果：中西医结合治疗DN疗效优于单药对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中药联合厄贝沙坦治疗DN优于厄贝沙坦单药治疗。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic nephropathy with TCM plus erbesartan

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating diabetic nephropathy （DN） with TCM plus erbesartan. Methods： Choose 60 patients with type 2 diabetes DN who only used insulin to control blood sugar. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each of groups had 30 cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated by using TCM combined with erbesartan. Patients in the control group were treated only by erbesartan. A course of treatment of the two groups was one year. Observe variation of urinary albumin excretion rates （UAE） before and after the treatment of the two groups. Result： Curative effect of epalrestat is better than that of only using epalrestat in treating DN （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of epalrestat combined with TCM is better than only using epalrestat in treating DN.
