| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药内服联合E光治疗女性黄褐宽的疗效。方法：60例患者随机分成2组，治疗组内服中药，每日2次。同时采用E光进行治疗，每2周1次；对照组用E光治疗，8周后观察疗效。结果：两组总有效率分别为86．67％和63．33％，治疗组优于对照组。结论：中药内服联合E光治疗黄褐斑疗效较好。

Effective observation on treating female chloasma with TCM plus E-ray treatment |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of Chinese Medicine and E-Light on treating female Chloasma. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups： TCM combined E-light group and E-light group. Then the two groups were treated respectively, efficacy was evaluated at the 8 week＇s treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy rate of treatment groups was 86.67%, and that of the control group was 63.33%. There was significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curation effect of TCM combine E-light to moderate female Chloasma is good. |
