清热活血液灌肠联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎160例

目的：研究清热活血液灌肠与抗生素联合应用治疗慢性盆腔炎性的效果。方法：选取160例慢性盆腔炎性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组中药保留灌肠和静滴抗生素，对照组患者静滴抗生素，对比观察两组治疗效果，并进行统计学分析。结果：对照组有效率为73．75％，治疗组有效率为95％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：清热活血液保留灌肠联合抗生素可以促进慢性盆腔炎性患者康复，提高治愈率。

Treatin9160 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qingre Huoxue enema plus antibiotic

Objective： To investigate the effect of treating chronic pelvic infammatory disease witn Qimgre nuoxue enema pros antibiotic. Method： 160 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated with heat live blood enema plus antibiotic, the control group was treated with antibiotic, observed and compared the treatment effects of the two groups, and conduct of statistical analysis. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 73.75%, and 95% of the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingre Huoxue enema plus antibiotic can promote the rehabilitation of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory, improve the cure rate.
