移植肾排斥反应与Bcl-2表达的研究

摘    要:目的:提高肾移植术后的长期存活率。方法:收集手术切除的无功能移植肾病理标本作为实验组,其相应的肾移植术前活检组织作为对照组。采用自身前后对照,从常规病理,免疫组化,透射电镜等方面,研究移植肾排斥反应,细胞凋亡及Bcl-2表达的病理学改变。结果。Bcl-2染色可显示存活的肾小管,排斥反应破坏肾小管,Bcl-2保护肾小管生存。结论;Bcl-2的表达及细胞凋亡可作为判断移植肾预衙的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective: In order to improve the long term survival of renal allograft, a study on rejection and expression of Bcl 2 in renal allografts was designed in this series. Methods:Immunohistochemical determination using antibodies for Bcl 2 gene protein were performed in 6 cases of acute rejection, 3 cases of chronic rejection, and 1 case of cytomegalovirus infection. Two cases of acute rejection and two cases of chronic rejection were studied by transmission electron microscope to confirm apoptosis. Results:On the tubules stain for Bcl 2, it showed that a more positive density was found in control group comparing with allografts ( P <0.01). Under electron microscope, apoptosis were demonstrated. Conclusion:Detection and localization Bcl 2 expression may act as morphological characteristics to monitor the renal allograft.
