| 摘 要： | 本工作采用S.D大鼠96只,用脑室插管法及 Ghosh 和 Schild 胃液收集法进行实验,观察了侧脑室(LCV)注射五肽胃泌素(G_5)对胃酸分泌的影响。结果如下:LCV注射G_5引起胃酸排出量明显增加。此泌酸效应可被LCV注射阿托品或膈下迷走神经切断所阻断,但不被LCV注射酚妥拉明或心得安所阻断,心得安还可使此效应的持续时间延长。以上结果表明:LCV注射G_5可使胃酸分泌增加的效应是通过中枢M受体介导而实现的;迷走神经是其传出途径。

| Abstract: | The effect of pentagastrin(G_5)injected into the lateral cerebral ventricle(LCV)on gastric acid secretion was studied.Theresults were as follows:LCV injection of G_5 increased the gastric acidoutput significantly.This effect can be completely abolished by LCVinjection of atropine or subdiaphragmatic vagotomy,but not blockedby LCV injection of phentolamine or propranolol.The sustained timeof the response was significantly prolonged by propranolol.Theseresults suggest that cholinergic M-receptor is involved in the centralmechanism of gastric acid secretion induced by G_5 injected into LCVand vagus is its possible efferent pathway. |
