| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胃粘膜肌厚度的变化与不同部位胃癌预后之间的关系：方法：对有３￣８年随访资料的１０７例有标本进行了不同部位粘膜肌厚度的形态测量，并与４７例胃良性病变不同部闰粘膜肌厚度作了比较。结果：不同部位胃癌的存活率不同；癌区及商品 周粘膜肌厚度越厚，胃癌患者预后越差（Ｐ〈０．０１），胃良性病变窦区粘膜肌明显较体区得（Ｐ〈０．０１），结论：胃癌粘膜肌厚度与胃癌的生物学行为有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the relationship between the thickness of muscularis mucosae in gastric carcinoma and the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: The thickness of muscularis mucosae of 107 cases of gastric carcinoma with 3 to 8 years follow up data and 47 cases of benign lesions of stomach were studied with morphometric methods. Results :The prognosis of patients with gastric cancer varied due to the different sites of tumour.The thicker the muscularis mucosae in tumour regions or border regions of gastric cancer,the poorer the prognosis of the patients( P <0.01).The thickness of muscularis mucosae in pylorus areas was obviously thicker than that of body areas in 47 cases of benign lesions of stomach. Conclusion :The thickness of muscularis mucosae of gastric carcinoma is related to the biologic behaviours of gastric cancer. |
