在陆良县进行男性生殖健康教育的实践和思考

生殖健康中的男性参与问题,已日益引起全社会的关注。为探索农村男性参与生殖健康的适宜途径,本研究在陆良农村社区小范围内,对处于性活跃期的18～49岁男性进行旨在了解其生殖健康知识、态度、行为及需求的基线调查后,通过自编教材和录像带,采取逐级培训及参与式教学的方法,进行男性健康教育干预活动,并通过小组讨论、课前课后问卷的效果指数来评价教育效果,结果显示:干预组培训前、后生殖健康知识回答正确率分别为60.36％及89.52％,P<0.05;培训半年后干预组与对照组比较,生殖健康知识回答正确率分别为90.31％和52.33％,P<0.01,从中可看出男性健康教育的效果明显。说明经过有的放矢的男性健康教育,农村男性的生殖健康水平得到了大幅度的提高,可增强男性的参与意识,促进男性参与以妇女为中心的生殖健康。

Practice and Cerebration on Reproductive Health Education Implemented in Luliang County.

Male participation in reproductive health has drawn more and more attention of the public. Base line study was conducted focus on male of Luliang county with the purpose of understanding their knowledge, attitude, behavior and needs of male reproductive health of male aged from 18 to 49. After the study, intervention for male health education was carried out with level by level training and participatory method through self-made textbook and videotape. The assessment was finished though outcome index obtained by group discussion, questionnaire before and after the class, and it shows: accuracy of questionnaire on reproductive health knowledge before the training is 60. 36 % while the accuracy after the training is 89.52 % , P < 0.05. Comparison between the intervention group and comparison group shows the accuracy of the intervention group is 90.31% and the accuracy of the comparison group is 52.33 % , P < 0.01, and we can find the male health education is effective. It shows the reproductive health knowledge of rural male improved greatly after male health clear purpose and the participation idea of male and participation in women-centered reproductive health care could be enhanced.
