亚胺培南与三代头孢抗生素治疗ICU内感染的疗效成本比分析

目的 通过高档抗生素的疗效成本比分析及不良反应观察，指导临床合理用药。方法 ５０例感染病人分成三组，前瞻性比较亚胺培南组、三代头孢组使用药组病人的儿、成本、细菌清除率和真菌病的发生率。结果 三组在疗效、细菌清除率和真菌病的发生率方面无显著判别。混合用药组的观察药物费用和费用高于亚胺培南组和三代头孢组。结论 亚胺培南和三代头孢具有相似的疗铲成本比，应尽量避免三代头孢和亚胺同先后应用在同一个感染病人。

Study of curative effect-cost ratio on ICU patients with infection therapied by lmipenem and the third generation cephalosporins antibiotics

Objective Analysis of curative effect cost ratio and observation of adverse reactions on high-grade antibiotics,in order to guide reasonable usage of antibiotics Methods Curative effect,cost,bacteria clearance and mobidity of the disease with fungi were compared perspectively in 50 cases of infectious patients divided into three groups with Imipenem,3rd-generation ceplalosporins and mixed administration Results There were no significantly difference in curative effect,bacteria clearance and mobidity of the disease with fungi among three groups 0bserved drug cost and total cost in groups with mixed administration were higher than those in groups with Imipenem and 3rd-generation cephalosporins respectively Conclusion There were similar curative effect-cost ratio between groups with Imipenem and with 3rd-generation cephalosporins We should avoid using 3rd-generation cephalosporins and Imipenem early or late in one infectious patient as possible
