腹腔镜联合手术治疗腹腔内多种病灶102例分析

[目的]评价腹腔镜联合手术法治疗腹腔内多种病灶。[方法]选择我院1994年6月至2007年3月因胆囊疾病合并腹腔其他病变的住院病人102例,按荀氏四孔法 调整穿刺孔位置,作胆囊切除和相应病灶手术。[结果]102例患者在镜下顺利完成胆囊切除及其他病灶手术处理,病人术后恢复快,未发生严重并发症及切口感染。[结论]腹腔镜下联合手术以其微创、灵活的切口选择为特点,克服了开腹手术不能同时处理多个相距较远病灶的弊端。

Clinical Analysis of Combined Laparoscopic Lurgery on 102 Patients with Abdominal Multifocus Diseases

[Objective]Appraisal of Combined Laparoscopic Lurgery(CLS) on treating abdominal multifocus diseases simultaneously.[Method]102 patients with gallbladder diseases and other abdominal diseases,who were admitted from July 1994 to March 2007,were enrolled in this study.Gall bladder excision and other corresponding focus were treated by way of XUN'S 4 holes punc-technique and adjusting the position of the spiked punctures.[Result]102 patients have been accomplished successfully by CLS without serious complication and incision infection.[Conclusion]CLS is better than traditional operation on abdominal region with minimal and flexible access.
