健康教育对三维适形放射治疗不能手术的宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响

目的观察健康教育对三维适形放射治疗不能手术的宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响。方法对60例进行三维适形放射治疗不能手术的宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规护理的基础上同步实施个体化健康教育（包括家属）,对照组进行常规护理。分别于放疗后6个月对2组患者应用生存质量量表（QLQ-C30）进行随访测评。结果对三维适形放射治疗不能手术的宫颈癌患者进行个体化健康教育后,消除了患者不良心理,自觉改变了不良的行为,提高了自我照顾能力,减少了并发症,生存质量明显提高。差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论健康教育可提高三维适形放射治疗不能手术的宫颈癌患者的生存质量。

Influence of health education on quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after 3-dimensiun conformal radio-therapy and can not receive operation

Objective To study the influence of health education on quality of life of the patients with cervical cancer after 3-dimensiun conformal radio-therapy（3D-CRT） and can not receive operation.Methods 60 cases were divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given routine nursing.Observation group was carried out personal health education on the basis of routine nursing.After six months,the patients in two groups were evaluated with QLQ-C30.Results Personal health education had eliminated the patients＇ badness mentality,changed their actions consciously,increased their self-care ability,decreased their complications,and promote their quality of life,the difference between two groups were significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Health education can promote the quality of life of the patients with cervical cancer after 3D-CRT.
