| 摘 要： | 目的 观察抗癌新药紫杉醇对不同类型淋巴瘤细胞的作用，探讨其应用价值。方法 应用例置显微镜、显微镜、流式细胞术、ＤＮＡ片段分析等方法，在体外观察了抗癌新药紫杉醇对３株不同类型淋巴瘤细胞株Ｊｕｒｋａｔ（Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤）、ＢＪＡＢ（Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤，ＥＢＶ阴性）及Ｒａｊｉ（Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤，ＥＢＶ阳性）的作用。结果 紫杉醇对３株洒巴瘤细胞生长均有抑制作用，并可诱导细胞凋亡，但敏感性及程度不同。以Ｊｕｒｋａｔ最为敏
