甲下外生骨疣和内生软骨瘤3例

报告3例甲下外生骨疣和内生软骨瘤，临床表现为拇趾远端单发降起性硬结节，其中2例发病前有局部外伤中。放射学检查示单侧拇趾的末节趾骨远端突起一骨组织团块。组织病理学检查显示肿瘤由成熟的骨组织和纤维软骨成分组成。治疗可选择局部切除术。由于本病误诊率高，对于趾（指）远端的增生性肿物，尤其是疣样皮损，应考虑此病的可能。

Subungual exostosis and subungual enchondroma:a report of 3 cases

This article reports3cases of subungual exostosis and subungual enchondroma.The clinical manifestation was a solitary fibrous and bony nodule occurring on the distal hallux,with the history of toe-trauma in two cases.X-rays exhibited a bone mass protruding from the terminal phalanx on the dorsomedial aspect of the toe in all cases.Histopathology showed that the tumors consisted of a proliferative fibrocartilaginous cap that merged into mature trabecular bone at its base.Tumor excision can be the choice of treatment.In addition,because two cases of subungual exostosis have been initially misdiag-nosed before,we suggest that subungual exostosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of digital tumor,especially for those imitating warts.
